We are looking for a hands-on
Technical Trainer
who goes beyond traditional training delivery — someone who can evaluate capabilities, design learning paths, and connect training outcomes directly to process and operational improvement.
This role blends learning & development expertise with process-thinking, ensuring that every training initiative enhances both individual performance and organizational efficiency.
You Will:
- Assess and map technical, functional, and contextual capabilities across teams to identify skill gaps and define improvement plans by department.
- Design and implement comprehensive annual training programs covering technical, product, sales, and cross-functional topics, supported by quarterly training plans and measurable outcomes.
- Develop internal and external course content and learning pathways aligned with organizational goals, key performance indicators, and future capability needs.
- Facilitate in-person and online training sessions, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations using modern learning tools and methods.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality training materials — presentations, guides, practice videos, and case-based exercises.
- Track learning progress and impact, maintaining accurate training data, participation records, and post-training assessments.
- Measure and analyse the effectiveness of programs, applying continuous improvement principles to update content and delivery.
- Collaborate with functional leads to link learning with process improvement, including pipeline optimization, workflow redesign, and procedural refinement.
- Contribute to organizational process definition, using insights from training and field observation to help standardize and optimize operational procedures.
- Promote learning initiatives internally through communication campaigns and stakeholder engagement, ensuring adoption and visibility across departments.
You Have:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or Process Improvement Lead in a technical or industrial environment.
- Proven experience designing and implementing technical or product training programs using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms.
- Strong process and procedural orientation, ideally with exposure to Operational Excellence (OpEx), Lean, or Continuous improvement frameworks.
- Solid time management, facilitation, and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office, database tools, and digital learning platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Sciences, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer), Lean Six Sigma, or Instructional Design credentials is a plus.
In this role, success means measurable skill uplift across departments, visible improvements in process consistency, and a clear link between training programs and operational outcomes.
You will act as both a trainer and a process catalyst, ensuring that learning translates into performance, and performance into progress.
We offer:
- Work with top edge technologies and equipment.
- Work on newest mobile technology chipsets and interesting projects in industry.
- Ability for professional growth.
- One day of home office per week after first month of work.
- Private medical insurance, FitPass card, quarterly and yearly team buildings events, and other benefits.
Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
