Role Summary
We are looking for a
Senior Software Engineer, Front-End
with deep expertise in React. In this role, you will be a key technical leader, responsible for architecting and developing critical front-end systems on our established internal platforms. You'll not only write high-quality code but also set technical direction, mentor other engineers, and drive best practices across the team. Your work will have a direct and significant impact on our products and our ability to scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex front-end applications using React
• Architect scalable and maintainable front-end systems.
• Mentor and guide other engineers, providing technical leadership and setting a high bar for code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical requirements.
• Drive front-end best practices, including component design, performance optimization, and testing strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert for front-ed technologies and contribute to technical decisions.
• Troubleshoot and solve challenging technical problems across the stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of the React ecosystem.
• Proven experience designing and building scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Familiarity with a wide range of front-end tools, libraries, and frameworks.
• A track record of technical leadership and mentoring.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with modern API design and consumption (REST, GraphQL).
