Inventory Planner III

The role involves leading the Central Planning team and managing end-to-end processes for spare-part procurement and inventory planning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating purchase orders for new and repair parts, coordinating closely with SRT teams, and authorizing rework activities with internal and external suppliers
• Daily communication with Channel Partners, external customers, Sales, Distribution Operations, and the Global Inventory Team to ensure issue resolution and long-term support
• Creating accurate supplier forecasts, advising partners on initial stock levels for new product launches, analyzing and resolving procurement and obsolescence issues, and expediting outstanding purchase orders when needed
• Maintaining proper inventory levels, managing lifecycle and phase-out of service parts, performing final-buy and product termination analyses, and providing management with recommendations and corrective actions regarding potential risks 
• Maintaining standard processes, supporting ECP implementation, defining target service levels and inventory plans, contributing to strategic supply-base initiatives, and leading the SIOP planning process 

What we expect from you:

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset 
• Supply Chain or Inventory Management expertise would be a plus
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, partners, sales teams, and internal global teams
• Ability to drive standard processes regionally and guide others through changes
