What You'll Do

Run and optimize
Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
campaigns

Join
client calls
→ translate data into smart decisions & build trust

Manage tracking with
Google Tag Manager + GA4 + CRM attribution + Looker Studio + CallRail

Own budgets, campaign hygiene & steady
test plans

Collaborate closely with account teams and share context

What You'll Bring

3–4+ years
PPC lead gen experience
(must include
home services
)

Client-facing English communication skills (accents welcome)

Hands-on in
Google Ads/Microsoft Ads, GTM, GA4, Looker Studio, Sheets, CallRail

Ability to analyze CRM revenue data & act decisively

Detail-oriented, able to balance strategy & execution

Availability to align to
U.S. Central Time (40–50 hrs/week)

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with
Google Ads scripts
or simple automation

Familiarity with
Zapier
or workflow tools

Understanding of
Google Ads API

Comfort with landing page tools (
WordPress, Unbounce, Leadpages
)
