Job Responsibilities
- The Project Specialist in the Project Mangement Office contributes to the Company's business operations and initiatives, ensuring the Company's Trusted Process methodology, project management standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and implemented consistently; Contributes to positive change throughout the company through effective participation in continuous process improvement and ongoing programs; Executes deliverables that support business operations
- Creates and delivers communication to functional areas to support business initiatives.
- Planning, creating, and communicating internal project/initiative timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met and that the project stays on track
- Develops tools that are provided routinely in support of overseeing business operations
- Support departments by providing tools, reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical project management or a related field
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations
- Experience with SOP, GCP, and country-specific regulations
Certifications:
- Certification in Clinical Project Management or related field preferred
- Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification preferred
Necessary Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
