Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Dispatcher located in Belgrade. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods to their destinations. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and dispatching drivers, accounting for safety and efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery. The Dispatcher will also communicate with drivers to provide information and address any issues that may arise, as well as verify driver logs and ensure compliance with all transportation regulations.

Qualifications

• Coordination and Management skills, including scheduling and dispatching drivers
• Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with drivers and team members
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
• Problem-solving and Decision-making skills to address issues as they arise
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with dispatching software and other relevant technology
• Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in transportation or logistics are beneficial
