About the Role:

We are looking for a
Group Deputy Head of IT Product & Solutions
to help lead our multi-country Product & Solutions organization.

You will co-manage a team of 18 experts supporting 13 countries and 18 companies, covering business-critical applications including
Salesforce, LS Retail, SAP CAR, SAP CDC, SAP SuccessFactors, Board, Trasix, Genesys
, and more. As Deputy Head, you will organize the team, prioritize delivery, ensure product quality, guide Product Owners, and serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders. You will work closely with the Group Head of IT Products & Solutions and the wider Technology & Transformation leadership team (Infrastructure, Security, ITSM, Automation, Project Management, SAP CC) to drive stability, improvements, and transformation across the group.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations of the Group Product & Solutions team.
  • Structure and prioritize tasks across Retail & E-commerce, Logistics/CRM/HR, and Support teams.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and actionable plans.
  • Support and escalate vendor performance, ensuring SLA compliance and delivery quality.
  • Ensure uptime, stability, and performance of critical business systems.
  • Engage with stakeholders across 13 countries to understand needs and align expectations.
  • Contribute to long-term product strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor Product Owners, Specialists, and the Group IT Product Operations Manager.

What You Bring

  • 5 years of experience in IT product/solution management or similar leadership roles.
  • A high level of commitment and dedication to your work
  • Strong background in multi-application environments (ERP, CRM, retail systems, e-commerce).
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, LS Retail, Board, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a multi-country organization.
  • Strong vendor management and escalation capability.
  • Technical understanding of application lifecycle, integrations, and cloud environments.
  • Any relevant certifications (ITIL, Agile, PMP, SAP, Salesforce) are a plus.
