JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced
Senior AI/ML Engineer
to join our AI & Data team and play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions. As a senior member of the team, you will contribute across multiple projects, lead technical decision-making, and ensure that our AI applications are secure, scalable, and future-proof.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead design and delivery of
  enterprise AI/ML solutions
  on
  Azure
  (AI Foundry, OpenAI, AI Search), with flexibility for other clouds/on-prem.
• Own
  solution architecture
  —select frameworks/libraries, ensure scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness; track state-of-the-art in LLMs/MLOps.
• Build
  secure, high-performance applications & APIs
  (OAuth2/OpenID Connect) and enforce coding standards.
• Design data layers across
  relational (complex schemas), non-relational, and vector databases/engine providers
  ; tune retrieval/embeddings.
• Implement
  integrations
  with enterprise systems and protocols (
  HTTPS, WebRTC, SIP/RTP
  ); deliver chatbots/voice bots, automation and document-AI pipelines.
• Hands-on coding
  in Python (C# a plus) using clean architecture; perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, translating business needs into
  technical roadmaps
  .
• Drive
  SDLC excellence
  : CI/CD, observability, networking & security controls; lead testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
• Mentor
  engineers and
  share knowledge
  via docs, workshops, and internal talks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/MS in
  CS/Engineering/Data
  or related field.
• 5+ years
  delivering
  cloud AI/ML solutions and integrations
  in enterprise environments (preferably on Azure) with production launches.
• Expert
  Python
  (OOP, clean architecture, scalable design);
  C#
  is a plus.
• Good
  JavaScript/TypeScript
  (e.g., React, ) for AI-enabled web experiences.
• Deep understanding of
  ML & LLMs
  : algorithms, neural nets, embeddings;
  prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG
  ; MLOps practices.
• Secure
  API/app
  design with
  OAuth2/OpenID Connect
  .
• Proficiency with
  databases
  : complex relational, non-relational, and
  vector DBs/engine providers
  .
• Solid
  security, networking, and authentication
  in distributed systems.
• Enterprise
  integrations & protocols
  (HTTPS, WebRTC, SIP/RTP).
• Strong grasp of
  SDLC/DevOps/CI-CD
  (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Excellent
  client communication
  and proven
  mentoring/knowledge-sharing
  .

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with
  on-premise/self-hosted LLMs
  and restricted environments.
• Familiarity with
  ETL processes, Big Data platforms
  , and enterprise-scale integrations.
• Experience with
  AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
  for containerized AI workloads.
• Openness to
  emerging development approaches
  that leverage natural-language interaction, intelligent tooling, and AI-assisted coding.
