About the role
The position acts as a key interface between Sales, Business Units, Finance, Controllership, Global Operations, partners, and customers. It supports business continuity by ensuring the timely execution of administrative processes and proactive support to Account Managers.
Job Scope
The Sales Operations Specialist provides advanced administrative and operational support to the Service Sales team across the full customer contract lifecycle. The role ensures accurate contract management, invoicing, renewals, and reporting while maintaining compliance with company policies and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end quoting process, including NBQ, renewals, Day 1, per-event, and education services
• Handle package support contracts, including order processing and contract management
• Maintain accurate contract records and customer databases
• Ensure timely contract renewals and invoicing in line with agreed terms and change requests
• Support forecasting and reporting activities (orders, revenue, invoicing, accruals)
• Collaborate with Services Sales, Finance, Business Units, and Global Operations
• Act as a point of contact for customers and partners regarding service-related documentation and processes
• Participate in Services Operations meetings and contribute to process improvements
• Support implementation of new systems and tools
• Ensure documentation complies with audit and internal control requirements
• Apply and adhere to company policies and business control procedures
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in administrative, operations, or service sales support roles
• Knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage
• Experience working within project or contract lifecycle environments is preferred

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Good Excel and PC skills
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
