We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our Shopify store. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, organizational skills, and a keen visual sense to help us deliver an outstanding online shopping experience.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update products, bundles, and metafields within Shopify
  • Handle content updates and merchandising tasks using Shopify and Shogun
  • Support product launches incl. bundles and collection setups
  • Perform bug testing and landing page testing to ensure flawless customer experience
  • Conduct research tasks to support decision-making and innovation
  • Document procedures, workflows, and best practices for internal reference
  • Collaborate on project management tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and timely execution
  • Assist with data analysis and performance tracking
  • Select and curate product content when needed
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in project management tools (preferably ClickUp)
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of Shopify (products, collections, metafields, bundles)
  • Experience with Shogun or similar page builders
  • Strong project management skills and experience using PM tools (ideally ClickUp)
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a visual eye for content
  • Flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach
  • Thorough and detail-oriented
  • Affinity for products and e-commerce
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
