Business Applications & Integrations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to head our
Business Applications & Integrations Department
— a pivotal role in shaping the company's digital landscape. You will drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of our enterprise application ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between business systems, operational excellence, and future-ready technology.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of
technology leadership, enterprise architecture, and business transformation
—someone who can turn vision into scalable, real-world solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing department responsible for business applications and integrations.
  • Define strategic direction and goals aligned with corporate IT strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage the portfolio of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, BI, etc.), ensuring compliance, stability, and scalability.
  • Oversee implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of internal and external software solutions.
  • Ensure alignment of all application developments with business needs and quality standards.
  • Supervise requirements analysis, prioritization, and testing processes for new solutions and changes.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of business applications - from design to configuration, change management, and support.
  • Plan and control IT budgets related to business applications, licensing, and vendor contracts.
  • Define and maintain
    Enterprise Architecture principles, standards, and guidelines
    across systems.
  • Lead relationships with key vendors, participating in selection, negotiation, and performance management.
  • Continuously explore emerging technologies to enhance business processes and system efficiency.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex IT projects in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of
    software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC, SAP, Oracle, or similar), CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.), e-Commerce, BI platforms.
  • Experience with integration frameworks (e.g., API Management) is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
  • Advanced command of English (both written and spoken).
