What you'll be rocking every night:

• Greeting our guests with big energy and making sure they feel the full Moxy vibe from the moment they walk in.
• Handling all those Front Office essentials - check-ins, check-outs, selling hotel services, guest billing, complaints, info sharing, and reservations.
• Working hand-in-hand with the F&B crew to deliver our iconic 
  Check-in-at-the-bar

experience.
- Registering guests in the E-turista platform.
- Following Moxy procedures and standards like a pro.
- Owning every task with accuracy and responsibility.
- Auditing and balancing daytime reports.
- Preparing all night reports and closing the business day in the system.
- Prepping bills and reviewing next-day arrivals like a true night-shift hero.

Who we're vibin' with:
