Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Kopaonik. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality. The role involves managing staff, conducting hiring and training, and handling customer satisfaction initiatives. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for effective communication with both staff and guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Proficient in hiring and training staff
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage management
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field is a plus
