Position: IT Specialist

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses (including accommodation)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and maintain hardware and software systems using diagnostic tools and logs to ensure continuous, high-quality service.
Respond to incoming IT support requests, focusing on critical infrastructure such as servers, network devices, and user systems.
Assist in testing new applications and systems prior to deployment.
Work closely with development, network, and operations teams to ensure seamless technical functionality across the organization.
Maintain operational servers and related equipment to ensure smooth service delivery, addressing technical issues promptly.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems in coordination with team leads and other support staff.
Replace or repair faulty hardware and software as needed.
Configure and maintain user workstations and manage access permissions.
Update documentation and follow internal processes to handle incidents within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain accurate IT inventory records, assign and track equipment, and conduct periodic audits.
Coordinate with external vendors to resolve equipment or service issues with minimal disruption.
Enhance IT infrastructure to meet organizational needs.
Perform regular hardware/software maintenance and ensure compliance with information security standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in IT or related fields preferred.
Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux environments.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration.
Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and repair.
Familiarity with networking concepts, Wi-Fi management, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, in a 24/7 environment.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco).
Experience with streaming or broadcasting equipment.
