We are looking for a
Technical Support Specialist
to join our growing team in
Novi Sad
.

You'll be on the front lines, helping clients solve technical issues, configure VoIP systems, and ensure smooth operation of software, servers, and networks.

This is a great opportunity for tech-savvy problem-solvers who enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Provide technical support 24/7 via chat and email;


Troubleshoot and resolve client issues;


Assist in configuring
VoIP systems (Zoiper, MicroSIP, FreePBX);


Perform initial diagnostics and escalate issues when needed;


Document and track support cases in the internal system.

Requirements:


Technical education or strong technical mindset;


Basic understanding of
networking fundamentals;


Proficiency with
Windows
and
Linux OS
;

Knowledge of IP telephony
and troubleshooting;

English
level B1 or higher;

Russian
native or bilingual - clear written and spoken communication.

Paid internship: 1–2 months without night shifts;


Full time
contract after internship with competitive compensation;


Work schedule: 2/2 shift pattern with rotation across three shifts;
