Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers across North America
  • Use market insights to make strategic decisions and drive margin growth
  • Negotiate rates and secure capacity for customer freight
  • Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations

Experience in carrier sales, logistics, or freight brokerage is required, as well as familiarity with TMS platforms and load boards.
