What You'll Do
- Serve as a local expert, offering curated recommendations for restaurants, events, shopping, and other activities.
- Develop personalized travel itineraries and manage the relevant arrangements including flights, hotels, transfers, and visa information.
- Reservations for dining, entertainment, tours, and other activities.
- Assist with personal errands such as shopping, package handling courier services, and arranging for services such as childcare, pet care, home service, and doctor appointments.
- Offer business support with work-related bookings, printing, and light administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
5 years in concierge / hospitality OR diploma/degree in hospitality/tourism and 2 years relevant experience
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
