Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Secretary based in Belgrade. The Office Secretary will be responsible for performing clerical tasks such as organizing and maintaining files, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role also includes providing executive administrative assistance, coordinating meetings, and offering support to the team. Additionally, the Office Secretary will handle customer service-related tasks, such as addressing inquiries and ensuring professional communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong clerical skills, including document organization and file management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Competence in company secretarial work and executive administrative assistance
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Prior experience in an office management or secretarial role is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Serbian and English language skills
