TikTok Media Buyer / Performance Marketer – Gaming Industry (Remote – Serbia)

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Media Buyer from Serbia (minimum 3 years of experience) to manage and scale advertising campaigns for a leading gaming company.

Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage TikTok ad campaigns for gaming products.

Optimize campaigns for performance (CPI, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and scale winning strategies.

Develop creative concepts and collaborate with content creators to produce high-performing assets.

Run A/B tests and analyze performance metrics daily.

Stay updated on TikTok trends and implement successful creative angles.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on TikTok Ads experience.

Experience in the gaming vertical – significant advantage.

Strong analytical thinking and understanding of performance KPIs.

Ability to brief, manage, and evaluate creative production.

Fluent English.

Based in Serbia.
