Data Steward

We are looking for
Polish and Romanian speaking contractors
for Data Entry and Web Research roles. This opportunity is fully remote, offers flexible working hours, and payment is in USD.

Applicants must be fluent in Polish or Romanian, plus English.

Our company provides real-time customer intelligence for the life sciences industry, supporting medical and scientific engagement with accurate and reliable reference data. You will play an important role in ensuring data quality, completeness, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online research and capture data following specific guidelines (after completing a structured 2-week training).
• Collect information via web research and phone calls (up to 50% of the role).
• Consistently meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop familiarity with medical terminology, including healthcare providers, pharmacies, and life sciences experts.

Requirements

• Personal computer/laptop with:
• Windows 10 (22h2 or newer) OR MacOS Big Sur (or newer)
• Internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
• Fluent in Polish or Romanian + English (spoken and written)
• Availability for 40 hours per week
• Strong research, organizational, and data entry skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Sheets
• Previous experience in data entry or a related role
