Staff Software Engineer

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of new application running in AWS, Azure and GCP. This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of concurrent programming, public cloud architectures, and experience building real-time, high-volume systems.

Responsibilities:

Build or re-architect network data systems that offers high throughput performance.

Ensure multi-threaded, high-concurrency applications scale to support massive data ingestion and processing requirements.

Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and influence technical roadmap and architectural decisions.

Collaborate with product and platform teams to deliver resilient, secure, and observable services and applications.

Integrate open source and open standards reducing internal code generations and reaping the benefits of the open-source community.

Qualifications:

10 years professional experience in backend development with knowledge of

Proven expertise in concurrent and multithreaded programming

Strong experience with Golang

Strong understanding of systems design, high-throughput messaging, and I/O performance tuning

Proven experience in high performance, throughput systems

Proven experience with Python.

Nice to Have:

SNMP, NetFlow, API Frameworks

OpenTelemetry and Network Monitoring

eBPF, Kubernetes experience

Worked on AWS, GCP, Azure

Data experience with Clickhouse
