Project Description:

Application Modernization Practice is a horizontal practice, supporting all business verticals.

As a Senior UI Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in both shaping modernization solutions and supervising delivery execution. You will partner with sales, delivery, and clients to design transformation paths from legacy to modern architectures, integrating GenAI accelerators and helping deliver tangible business value.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a UI Architect to:

  • Define and implement scalable, cloud-based front-end architectures using microservices and modern web frameworks.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to front-end development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
  • Collaborate closely with back-end and DevOps teams to design efficient, maintainable, and secure integration patterns.
  • Drive the adoption of reusable components, shared libraries, and UI frameworks across projects.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, evaluate new tools and frameworks, and make strategic recommendations aligned with business and technical goals.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, with 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Proven experience in architecting and designing front-end systems using and Redux.
  • Strong understanding of and front-end build pipelines (Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.).
  • Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience defining and maintaining coding standards, architecture documentation, and component libraries.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

  • Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures and modular application design.
  • Experience working with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS) and integrating front-end applications into cloud ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization, security best practices, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience with relational databases, caching mechanisms, or full-stack environments.
