Step into the forefront of technological innovation as a Tier 3 SW Support Engineer, where you'll engage with leading-edge technologies integral to the retail software industry. Collaborate with premier global groceries retailers, providing top-tier technical support for NCR software products. Your expertise in Microservices architecture, GCP, SQL, CouchDB, and Kubernetes will be key in maintaining the reliability and functionality of mission-critical systems. We're seeking individuals with a passion for continuous learning and a drive to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Spearhead the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues, driving solutions at the forefront of our technology stack.
- Engage in proactive troubleshooting and defect resolution, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance of production systems.
- Mentor and empower fellow support agents, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
- Craft and refine technical documentation, elevating our support processes to new levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrate 3-5 years of senior-level technical support experience, ideally within the retail sector.
- Proficiency in SQL querying, alongside a robust understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and tools.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
