Responsibilities:

  • Creating and updating ads for open positions on various platforms for recruiting purposes for the US labor market
  • Contacting candidates for positions in the USA by phone, e-mail and text. This will include both CDL Class A professional drivers and non-CDL positions like mechanics, accountants, salespeople, pricing analysts or other related positions
  • Making all the necessary arrangements for candidates' tests, researching travel arrangements and providing necessary support for the candidates during the scheduling and orientation process
  • Collecting and organizing candidates' complete documentation
  • Candidate employment verification
  • Creating and maintaining candidate pipeline in our database
  • Accurate work administration
  • Advertising and creating content for social networks

Qualifications:

  • CDL Class A recruiting experience is highly preferred, but recruiting experience is a must
  • You can choose between working in office or remote
  • Serbian citizenship is a must
  • Proficient English user
  • Tech savvy (Microsoft package, and/or to work in G-suite)
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms on the US market
  • Solution and detail-oriented
  • Flexible and reliable team player
  • Great communication skills
  • Passionate about cross-cultural cooperation
