For our client,
Swixx Biopharma
), we are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to join their team in Serbia, the wider ex-YU region or CEE region, where they have their offices. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive project milestones from fit-gap analysis through hyper-care, and ensure successful delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  1. Position Summary

As
Project Manager
, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
for an assigned country within Mercury, a multi-year, multi-market transformation program. You will own the integrated schedule, drive daily execution through
Azure DevOps
, and ensure every milestone—from fit-gap analysis to hyper-care—is delivered on time and within scope.

  1. Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building and maintaining the country-level master plan, linking it to the global critical path, and conducting regular variance and forecast reviews. You will coach workstream leads on Agile Scrum practices, facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Proactively managing risks, issues, and decisions is a key part of the role, including logging and grading RAID items, triggering mitigation actions, and escalating blockers as necessary. You will coordinate closely with finance, supply-chain, and IT leads, as well as system integrator partners, ensuring all sign-offs at CRP, SIT, UAT, and cut-over gates are obtained.

Additionally, you will track resources and budget, monitor contractor utilization, and assess the impact of change requests. During cut-over and hyper-care phases, you will orchestrate the runbook, command-centre routines, and monitor key performance indicators for the first 30 days post-implementation.

  1. Minimum Qualifications

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of project management experience, including 2+ full-cycle ERP rollouts, with at least one on Dynamics 365 F&O or AX.
  • Proven experience delivering projects in multi-country or multi-entity environments.
  • Hands-on use of Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Test Plans) and MS Project for integrated scheduling.
  • Track record of daily monitoring, sprint execution, and real-time dashboard reporting.
  • Certifications (any two or more)
  • PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or SAFe Agilist
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant (optional, ideal)

Methodology & Tools:

  • Agile/Scrum or hybrid waterfall-agile models
  • Understanding of DevOps CICD concepts and test automation pipelines
  • Familiarity with Power BI for burndown, velocity, and RAID visualization

Soft Skills & Languages:

  • Strong communication and influencing skills across executive, business, and technical audiences
  • Ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts in high-pressure settings
  • Fluent English
