We are looking for a
Quality & Training Specialist
to join our growing team This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, coaching, and driving performance excellence through quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for new and existing team members.
  • Design and update training materials, guides, and process documentation.
  • Conduct call calibrations, refresher sessions, and knowledge checks to ensure process consistency.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and Management to identify training needs and address performance gaps.

Quality Assurance & Process Monitoring

  • Evaluate team performance through regular audits and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures and client-specific requirements.
  • Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate QA reports and share insights with management.

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with operations, recruitment, and IT teams to optimize performance.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Support management in implementing process improvements and performance initiatives.
  • Act as a backup for the Team Trainer or QA Lead when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent command of
    English
    , both written and spoken (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and trends.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office tools
    (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
