Finance Generalist

Your Role:

As a Finance Generalist, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our finance department. If you're a hands-on professional with 1–2 years of experience in accounting or payroll and a passion for accuracy and improvement – we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure accurate financial records
• Bank account administration: monitoring balances, preparing and executing payments
• Managing overdue receivables and coordinating reminders
• Preparing semi-automated invoices and monitoring client payment terms
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements in line with legal and internal standards
• Reviewing expense reports, payroll data, and other financial documents
• Updating financial databases with accuracy and timeliness
• Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly internal financial reports
• Assisting in payroll preparation and updating employee-related financial data
• Managing employment documentation and ensuring compliance with labor regulations
• Participating in accounting and payroll-related projects and process improvements

Your Profile:

• A proactive, results-driven team player with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting or payroll
• Well-versed in accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel in particular); knowledge of Pantheon is a plus
• Strong written and verbal English skills
