We are PEOPLE HUNT, a recruitment agency specializing in top talent for the iGaming industry. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join a fast-growing international team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating engaging and high-performing visual content for marketing and retention campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative materials for marketing and retention communications (banners, email campaigns, push notifications, promo pages, etc.)

  • Create advertising visuals for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and others)

  • Design visual content for internal promo campaigns and loyalty programs

  • Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across gaming products

  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to produce effective advertising materials

  • Optimize and adapt graphic content for different formats and platforms

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in marketing or digital teams

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator; basic skills in After Effects are a plus

  • Experience in mobile advertising and digital marketing

  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive layouts

  • Strong creative thinking, sense of style, and ability to follow brand guidelines

  • Portfolio showcasing examples of digital advertising work

  • Fluent English & Russian languages

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the gaming or iGaming industry

  • Knowledge of motion design basics

  • Skills in 3D graphics (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.)
