You must be fluent in English and able to work early or late hours due to time zones in different parts of the world.

Responsibilities:
1. Financial planning and analysis.
2. Completing daily bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks and Minimax.
3. Preparing bank statements, invoices, and information on all employees and contractors for the accountants in Serbia, the UK, and Armenia.
4. Payments.
5. Payroll and work schedule reports for the employees.
6. Handling contracts, invoices (drafting, reviewing, monitoring fulfillment of obligations)
7. Onboarding, performance reviews, and termination of employments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or a financial analyst.
- Good English language skills (C1).
- QuickBooks, MS Excel, and other professional software experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ready to work from the office in Belgrade.
