Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Belgrade for a Printer Technician. The responsibilities include performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on printers, large-format printers (LFP), and related IT hardware. The technician will work on troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring equipment is operating at optimal performance levels. The role also involves collaboration with the authorized service center team and maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Printer Support and maintenance
  • Technical Support skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems
  • Experience with Printers and Desktop Computers
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and solving hardware-related issues
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently on-site and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or training in printer or hardware maintenance are a plus
