General Ledger

Job responsibilities:

GL Control

• Maintaining accurate accounting in SAP within area of responsibility to be in line with accounting principles and reporting schedules;
• Reviewing financial result (P&L and B&S) against with the budget and the forecast;
• Preparation on statutory audit with external auditor and ensure full compliance;
• Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling the accounts within area of responsibility;

Taxation

• Certifying invoices and uploading invoices in IT system to HQ for further approving;
• Preparation on the monthly/quarterly/annual tax return and assist with auditor for the final declaration;

Funds

• Checking and approving payment applications raised in IT system;
• Reconciling accounts balances with banks;
• Preparation on monthly payment plan;

Others

• Assist in preparing annual financial budget and rolling forecast;

Ad hoc tasks / projects assigned by reported manager.'

Job requirements:

• Ba/Ms degree (VI/VII level), area of education: finance, accounting, taxation or equivalent
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in the field of Finance in Manufacturing Industry desirable experience in Auto Components
• Mastery of Serbian accounting principle and taxation policy
• Knowledge of the SAP system, especially in FI/CO
• Familiar with the business characteristics of similar factories
• Strong logical thinking ability, good data analysis and forecasting ability
• Compliance with the company's corporate values and leadership model
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills, strong awareness of team readiness
