For our HQ in Belgrade, we are searching for:

Video Designer

We are looking for a creative and motivated Video Designer to join our team of design professionals. If you're excited by visual storytelling, love experimenting with new ideas, and enjoy turning concepts into engaging video content, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and editing video content in line with the brand's visual identity
  • Editing and post-production (cutting, splicing, sound design, color correction, effects)
  • Producing animations and motion graphics for various digital channels
  • Using AI tools to enhance the creative process (visual generation, process automation, transcription, etc.) is essential
  • Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to develop ideas and concepts
  • Preparing final videos for various formats and platforms (web, social media, campaigns)

Requirements:

  • A degree or higher education in video production is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must
  • Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X, Blender, or Cinema 4D is a plus
  • Experience using AI tools in video production (Runway ML, Pika Labs, Descript, Topaz Video AI...)
  • Understanding of video design and social media trends
  • Creativity, precision, and the ability to work with defined deadlines
