Vrsta zaposlenja: Part-time

Opis posla:

  • Administrativna podrška HR timu
  • Ažuriranje podataka u HR sistemima
  • Svakodnevna komunikacija sa zaposlenima, vođenje evidencije, priprema dokumentacije
  • Vođenje i ažuriranje personalnih dosijea zaposlenih
  • Izrada i administracija ugovora o radu, aneka i drugih HR dokumenata
  • Izrada i administracija internih akata, rešenja, odluka
  • Evidencija odsustava, bolovanja i drugih izostanaka
  • Unos i održavanje podataka u HR bazama
  • Podrška procesima zapošljavanja, onboarding-a i offboarding-a
  • Učestvovanje u organizaciji događaja vezanih za HR

Zahtevi pozicije:

  • Minimum srednja škola, prednost završen fakultet ili završna godina fakulteta (fakultet društvenih nauka ili ekonomije)
  • Dobro poznavanje MS Office paketa (Excel, Word)
  • Komunikativnost i proaktivnost
  • Prednost 1-2 godine iskustva na sličnim pozicijama
  • Engleski jezik
  • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije, poželjno
