Forklift Operator

Main Responsibilities

• Check the arrival according to the receipt notice, complete the receipt and inventory work, and make book records and material identification;
• According to production needs, timely and accurately pick and deliver materials to designated locations;
• Arrange and label the materials to ensure first-in, first-out;
• Assemble packaging materials that used on the finished product;
• The finished product is packed and sent to the designated area, the quantity is checked and shipped out in adequate packaging;
• Transport and inventory some returned or abnormal materials to thedesignated area and make book records ;
• Timely report abnormal condition to the team leader (e.g. the documents does not match the actual items);
• Familiar with the types, specifications and storage locations of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products;
• Carry out periodic inventory of the materials in charge according to the arrangement of the team leader;
• Responsible for the daily maintenance of the forklift;
• Use 5S to ensure that the workplace is clean, tidy and orderly;
• Use eco-friendly paint to update the marking and identification information for storage locations, warehouses and key passageways while wearing protective masks; (This is not a regular task. It occurs once every few months.)
• Learn and be trained on operating information systems to do inquiries and registration;
• Complete some temporary tasks that require forklifts or tractors;
• Work ability needs to meet the specific requirements of the client;
• Undertake the management responsibility of the company's related IOS documents and the requirements of the IATF16949/ISO45001/ISO14000 standards, and ensure the effective operation of the IOS file, and constantly improve the relevant procedures and applications in the IOS file within the department.

General Requirements

• High school diploma (III/IVI level), area of education: technical, engineering, logistics
• 1 or more years of relevant work experience, 2-4 weeks on the job training
• Have relevant skill certificates (Forklift driving License, tractor driving License)
• Comply with the company's code of ethics and policies, practice the values of integrity in the company's business, and comply with the business
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and coordinational skills, strong team awareness
