Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve the
    architecture of autonomous and multi-agent systems
    (LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.)
  • Define the
    memory framework
    (vector DB, graph DB, enterprise/user/global layers) and retrieval pipelines
  • Integrate
    LLMs
    with internal and client systems
  • Collaborate with ML and software engineers to
    deploy scalable AI pipelines
    on Azure
  • Define
    standards and best practices
    for model evaluation, observability, and iteration
  • Explore and adopt emerging frameworks (MCP, LLMOps, AI orchestration, etc.) to shape TerraNoha's roadmap

Profile

  • Experience in
    AI systems architecture
    (multi-agent frameworks, RAG, or LLM orchestration)
  • Strong knowledge of
    Python
    ,
    LangChain/LangGraph
    ,
    vector databases
    , and
    graph databases
  • Familiar with Azure AI stack
    ,
    API integration
    , and
    distributed systems
  • Ability to bridge deep technical work
    and
    strategic vision
  • Curious, pragmatic, and comfortable in a fast-moving, product-driven environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling AI architectures, with a preference for experience in the trading or financial sectors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a
