Title: Macy's SD Team Leader 

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Manage a team consisted of L1 agents.

• Responsible for performance management of the allocated span.

• Meet the given targets.

• Maintaining general employee discipline and performance.

• Maintaining effective communication with the client.

• Identify, facilitate, and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency.

• Scheduling and delegating workload.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to take initiative and assist team members.

• Knowledge of the supported equipment, team processes, troubleshooting procedures and ability to expand said knowledge.

• Leadership experience will be an added advantage.

• Should possess team management and motivational skills.

• Experience in technical process will be an added advantage.
