What you'll be doing?

  • Managing inbound and/or outbound calls and/or emails, live chat;
  • Answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues;
  • Keeping records of all customer conversations on the call center database;
  • Building sustainable customer relationships;
  • Building product knowledge;
  • Meeting daily personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets, and achieve all service, productivity and quality objectives;
  • Attending training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and performance;
  • Managing social media and third-party review sites;
  • Cooperate with related departments with the goal of achieving excellent business outcomes;

We're looking for someone who:

  • Strong active listening skill and verbal communication;
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills;
  • Eager to drive continuous improvement, flexible to challenge issues/opportunities;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Ability to multitask, and manage time;
  • Friendly/empathetic;
  • College degree;
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Medium English language skills;
  • Excellent Serbian language skills.
