Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Novi Sad for a Cashier. The Cashier will be responsible for handling cash transactions with customers, scanning goods, collecting payments, issuing receipts, refunds, change, or tickets, and balancing cash drawers. The role includes maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area, providing excellent customer service, and handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently. Other tasks include bagging or wrapping purchased items and maintaining accurate transaction records.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and transaction processing
• Proficient in basic math and accounting skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in handling electronic and manual transactions is desirable
