We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Belgrade as part of the U.S. branch operations. This position combines 
Track & Trace responsibilities in the trucking industry with security monitoring
, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive Track & Trace tasks for trucking operations, including continuous load monitoring, proactive status checks, and exception handling to ensure smooth transportation flow.
  • Maintain real-time visibility of shipments, providing accurate and timely updates to U.S. dispatchers, drivers, and customers.
  • Anticipate and resolve potential delays by coordinating with carriers, drivers, and U.S.-based teams.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of load progress, delivery confirmations, and issue resolutions.
  • Monitor security systems, promptly reporting any suspicious activity or incidents.
  • Communicate directly with U.S.-based personnel to ensure seamless operations and immediate escalation of critical issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking industry
     (Track & Trace experience strongly preferred).
  • Previous experience in security monitoring is a plus.
  • Fluent English
     (spoken and written) – high level required for direct communication with U.S. personnel.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and resilience in a fast-paced operational environment.
