Job Responsibilities:

Retention Agents:

  • Engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicate effectively in designated languages (English)
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide support for their trading activities.
  • Develop strategies to improve client loyalty and retention rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the FX industry is a must.
  • Fluency in the required languages:
    • English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
