About the Role:

The Host/Hostess will also handle reservations and manage waitlists, providing excellent customer service at all times. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess area, including menus and waiting areas.
