Belgrade, Novi beograd, Spanskih Boraca 1 - Hybrid work (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

Shifts:
Based on rota and will include Public Holidays – Monday - Saturday: 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 12am-8pm and 1pm-9pm and Sunday: 10am-6pm.

About the role

:The role is responsible to receive inbound sales calls and queries, answering customer's questions, do outbound calls, respond to emails and chat on a timely manner and signing them up to their optimal service. We talk customers through the best ways to match Hyperoptic to their personal needs. We are looking for people with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn. Ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong English communication skills
