Responsibilities:
Review and clean vendor and customer master data in internal systems Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and incomplete records Validate key data fields (e.g. names, addresses, tax information, payment terms) Support data standardization according to internal guidelines Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify missing or incorrect data Maintain documentation of changes and cleansing activities Support ad‑hoc master data and reporting tasks as required
Requirements:
Student or recent graduate in Economics, Business, or related Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Good analytical and organizational skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation preferred) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data responsibly Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different teams Basic understanding of finance or master data concepts is an advantage
