Ardagh Metal Packaging is looking for Supply Chain Data Analyst

 

The role will closely interact with the director and the regional fulfilment managers on a regular basis. Tasks consist out of preparing analysis and reports, Root Cause Analysis for adhoc issues,

development, Project participation / leaindg, etc. A further core-responsibility of this role is the support of administrative, super-regional fulfilment activities such as data analytics, data reconciliation, and master data maintenance.

 

Overall responsibility:
•    Act as go-to person for the fulfilment excellence director for any analysis or data related questions.
•    Regularly interact with the Fulfilment Managers and logistics Managers of the Tradings to collect relevant data-points.
•    Support the fulfilment excellence director in meeting preparation.
•    Provide analysis assistance for the S&D teams in the local Tradings.
•    Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports.
•    Exemplary reports and analysis required: identify packaging imbalances with customers and within, Tollers, review stock, identify old stock and recommend actions, create analysis on short-term transport changes and surcharges.

•    Support or lead process development at either regional or cross regional level.
•    Participate or lead project as delegated by Fulfillment excellence director.
•    Develop, deploy and follow up on fulfillment KPIs such as Reliability, Flexbility, Cost to Service, Efficiency. 
•    Identify and collect improvement opportunities as part of YoY savings targets.
•    Follow up with Regional S&D Manager on agreed activities / projects.

 

Requirements:     

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • Excel - advanced, preferable some of programming languages (Phyton, VBA, SQL or equivalent)
  • min. 2 years of experience in FMCG or process industry
  • Communication skills allowing effortless communication at various levels within the organisation
  • Pro-active attitude to resolve issues for regional stakeholders
  • Process improvements oriented and analytical mindset
