System Test Management Engineer

ZF is an innovation-driven company that develops volume production-ready products based on its own research and development efforts and thus invests in the future in a targeted way. We are currently expanding our R&D teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleagues who will join our team at our new location Novi Sad. 

Your tasks:

• Responsible for the entire testing in an inverter or control unit project
• Create and maintain the test plan and the test schedule
• Coordinate cross-departmental test division with all (internal + external) departments involved in the project
• Coordinate and plan all necessary system tests with the objective of complete test coverage and timely implementation
• Discuss the test plan, test schedule and test results with the customer
• Plan electrical system tests and/or functional system tests
• Coordinate requirements for test service providers, test entities and test equipment
• Responsible for presenting the overall test results to management and customers
• Plan, coordinate and implement review dates (test specification, test result, etc.)
• Coordinate and evaluate customer requirement specifications with a focus on testing and test topics
• Participate actively in system releases

Your profile:

• University degree with a major in Electrical Engineering or comparable vocational
• Expertise in electronics, mechatronics, sensors and measurement technology
• Sound understanding of automotive systems (HW, SW, ME)
• Knowledge of the application of PC and control unit test environments (vector tools, etc.)
• Communicative competencies (e.g., implementation of review deadlines), ability to work independently, systematically, and analytically
• Detailed knowledge of test methods and test management desirable
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector desirable
• Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English
