Title: Revenue Operations Analyst II Grade: 09 Location: Belgrade, SRB Working hours: 13:00 – 21:00 Serbian time

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:

Revenue Operations has several primary areas of focus: Analyzing, owning and documenting recurring revenue billing data; participating in cleanup projects, database maintenance and overall process implementation and improvement.

  • Full ownership of revenue account portfolios, including data reconciliation, invoicing and payment follow-ups
  • Efficiently managing and analyzing large sets of data
  • Performing root cause analysis and corrective actions on data inconsistencies and issues
  • Cooperating with various internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance etc.) on resolving and preventing revenue leakage
  • Participating in special projects and other job-related duties as required Basic Qualifications:
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and dedication to honoring deadlines
  • Knowledge and experience in working with MS Office suite
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI etc.) is a plus
