Quality Technical Team Leader

Quality Technical Team Leader sought to lead and direct all Quality activities within assigned process area, ensuring compliance to Goodyear quality standards and customer specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance to Goodyear quality standards, GQMTS & customer specifications.
• Developing, implementing, enforcing & auditing work procedures to ensure quality products at an economical cost.
• Enforcing Quality, legal compliance, technical standards of the product, process and material for the Business Center process area.
• Supporting business team implementation of continuous improvement, OEE & plant optimization.
• Developing and advising on new technical solutions to meet product requirements.
• Collaborating to solve problems and make decisions, developing new tools and methods to solve problems.
• Identifying high impact projects and implementing solutions, developing innovative solutions to large complex technical problems.
• Developing and advising on new data analysis techniques cross-functionally.
• Executing, developing, and advising necessary steps and activities for project execution, delivering to project objectives.

Requirements:

• VI/VII degree of education (Mechanical or Technological Engineering background)
• Excellent computer skills and use of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• English language skills
• Team spirit
• Adaptability, patience, ability to meet tight deadlines
