Key Account Executive Serbia

Position:

The essential of this role is to be responsible for direct communication with KA management in assigned customers to secure JTI influence on tobacco category development.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and evaluate category strategies to assess their impact on company performance and investments.
  • Create negotiation plans for assigned accounts, applying investment efficiency principles like ROI and ROO throughout the negotiation process.
  • Analyze sales data, distribution levels, merchandising, and shelf-space objectives according to agreements with key accounts. Propose actions to achieve volume and market share targets, aligning with brand strategies and market conditions. Report performance to the manager regularly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective programs that engage trade partners. Proactively suggest changes to meet objectives and participate in planning activities related to key accounts, providing essential information for the planning process.

Requirements:

  • Negotiation skills
  • Analitical skills with experience in financial analysis
  • Good command of English language
  • MS office (Excel, Power point)
  • Drivers licence B
  • Experience in working with organized trade would serve as a plus
  • Education: Min VI degree ; Bachelor degree as an advantage
