Merchant Partnership Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real impact. As a Merchant Onboarding Associate, you'll be responsible for successfully onboarding venues onto our platform, building strong relationships with merchants, and proactively helping them improve their performance.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy and a quick learner, and possess native-level proficiency in Serbian and fluency in English. Experience in customer service and/or administration is a plus, but not required.

• Successfully onboard merchants onto our platform
• Build strong relationships with merchants through email, phone, and in-person interactions
• Proactively help merchants improve their performance during their first weeks on the platform
• Develop and implement strategies to improve merchant engagement and retention
• Ensure our menu platform is always up-to-date with text and visuals that reflect our brand

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Native-level proficiency in Serbian and fluency in English
• Experience in customer service and/or administration (a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
