Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of digital marketing? We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to join our Belgrade-based team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across both B2B and B2C lines of business.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media marketing campaigns. This includes helping manage and grow our company's social media presence, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and identifying trends. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Design) and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media marketing campaigns.
  • Help manage and grow the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and identifying trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Design) and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Support the development and distribution of marketing content, including blog posts, website copy, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Collect and analyze marketing campaign data and website analytics, and prepare regular reports on marketing performances.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences. Support logistical arrangements such as venue booking, vendor management, material preparation, and attendee registration.
  • Collaborate with HR and Marketing Managers to develop compelling key messaging for potential candidates.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 year(s) of experience in a marketing role (internship experience is valuable).
  • Experience in event planning and social media/content management, preferably in the enterprise software or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
